Attitude Of Gratitude

Attitude of Gratitude
grat·i·tude

noun

the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

Have a attitude of gratitude! Lets be appreciative of what we have while we are here. Its important we shape our lives in this form. We are ultimately what we comsume, especially when it comes to sharing energy and emotions. If are constantly being negative we ourselves will be negative. I understand it's quite hard being positive in such a negative society but it's capable. Here are 3 ways to help be more grateful. The more we practice being grateful the faster it will be come a habit that's then able to be shared from one soul to another!

1. Count your blessings
2. 1 Compliment your day
3. "What can I learn approach"

Counting your blessings; simply wake up and be thankful for everything we have. The fact we have fresh water, the opportunity to be alive, we have shelter. We get so caught up in stuff that doesn't have the magnitude for the stuff we take for granted. There are people in this world who don't have what we have; the less fortune. They are grateful to just wake up, some thrive to better their situation, and for those who are ill just to spend another moment with family. It's all perspectives. Its how we see things and that's the purpose of gratitude change the way we see situations.
Compliments through out the day; weather it's someone or something compliment it. The more you express the positive sides to life the more it will be an outcome! Look in the mirror and compliment yourself of what you like; or compliment the day, your family, give an effort! Make it a daily task and it will become a habit. You'll just notice the difference in your life, everyday weather it's raining or the sun shining bright you'll look out the window and say, "Hey it's a beautiful day!" Like anything in life the more you practice the better the results.
What Can I Learn Approach; I was taught there is no such thing as "bad days" its all about how we see it. When things dont go in ones favor simply ask yourself, "what can I learn from this?" There is always a message in the mess. Different situations teach you different things. The purpose is to change your perspective. This is going to help by going into an unfavorable situation with a sense positivity. Which will fall back into being grateful as our perspective is now changed and we have learned and are now glad we experienced this! Attitude of gratitude, that's the motto, share it, it's a beautiful thing for a beautiful life!
