Emotions

The results of our actions

We all get that moment where we wish for a second we can go back and change things. For example not do what we did, not say what we said, and so on. The thing is it happened, now we must correct ourselves so we dont do those things again if we ever get in that situation for a second time. There is a lesson in it. The lesson is we know what not to do. Sometimes we let our emotions get the best of us; we are human, we are emotional beings so it happens. Our actions can be hurtful towards someone and our selves. But.. because we act off emotions doesnt mean thats who we are. Dont beat yourself up about it. Admit your faults accept the consequence and carry on to be better than your current state. If you carry around that negative emotion you feel, youll only end up repeating and hurting more people and damaging yourself while at it. We are not perfect, dont try to be. Be you! In this society many people dont know how to be themselves. They also dont know how to appreciate honesty. They will forget about all the honest things you do for them because of 1 negative action. Its emotions.. we thrive off how we feel. It were happy were easy going, if were upset or frustraded we might snap. That doesnt change our character, its just a time and a place and our state of feeling at the moment. What Im getting at is its okay to have different emotions. Just deal with them the best way possible. Try to thrive off being happy as much as possible. Being in a negative emotion can be quite devasting. Remember the old wifes tale; "never make a decision while youre mad!" That saying couldnt be any more true!
